Terms of Service

1. The Service

ReviewFlip provides a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows users to convert customer reviews into digital marketing assets.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

• Basic Plan: Billed monthly at the rate displayed based on your location (CAD, USD, or INR).
• Taxes: For Canadian residents, 13% HST will be added to the transaction.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Customer Portal. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

3. Content Ownership

You represent that you have the right to use the reviews you sync to the platform. ReviewFlip claims no ownership over the original reviews but retains ownership of the templates and software used to generate the assets.

4. Limitation of Liability

ReviewFlip is provided "as is." We are not liable for any marketing performance outcomes or damages resulting from the use of the generated assets.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
